Fixers in good neighborhoods
I have begun to see some fixers appearing on the market in nicer parts of Alameda.
The East End in particular has had one home come on the market priced below $400,000
A few others out there that are particularly interesting and if the past sales are any indication
it is possible these could sell for over asking as well. I don't predict that these homes will sell
for wildly over however people still know a good value when they see them and are
willing to pay a little more.
