Home price data has flaws

Sure it's easy for me to want to hear good news about the housing market. However with all the bad news it certainly is nice to hear some good news. It's alos just plain nice to hear balanced news and this article shows how some numbers have gotten

Price reductions. Just a glimpse

Not that long ago people put their houses on the market and were almost assured that they would sell at or above asking. Then the other shoe dropped and those same sellers placed their house on the market and would wait. A few were lucky and saw buyers
